Form Naples Capodichino Airport

Take the bus or taxi to the main railway station in Piazza Garibaldi and follow the directions in the paragraph below. Curreri buses to Sorrento run frequently (approximately every two hours) throughout the day.
Tickets cost €10 and can be purchased on the bus.

By hidrofoil Molo Beverello di Naples

Hydrofoils run between Molo Beverello (the ferry/hydrofoil terminal in Naples just opposite the Maschio Angioino castle) and the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. When you arrive at the port, take the orange Circumvesuviana bus to Piazza Tasso and there pick up a line A or line C bus. The bus stops 50 metres from the hotel (tickets must be purchased prior to boarding and are on sale at the newsagent’s/tobacconist’s at the port)

By Car Southern Italia

From the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway exit at Castellammare di Stabia (the next exit after Angri).
After the pay tollbooth, keep left and follow the blue signs to Sorrento. After approximately 2 km turn left up to the approach ramp to a fly-over which brings you onto a viaduct joining the SS145. The SS145 goes through 2 tunnels and runs alongside the slower road to Sorrento. The third tunnel bypasses the town of Vico Equense, and after about 6 km you will come to the small town of Meta di Sorrento. Continue along the main road (Corso Italia) which will take you through Meta di Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento and Sant’Agnello until you come to Sorrento (after a bridge).
The Gardenia Hotel in Sorrento is situated in Corso Italia on your right, just 200 metres after the bridge.
